Kantha work on Silk Fabric Kurta in front and on sleeves is a form of embroidery often practiced by Bheel tribes of Rajasthan. The traditional form of Kantha embroidery was done on soft dhotis and saris, with a simple running stitch along the edges. Nowadays, due to modernization, kantha work is being practiced on ladies Kurtis, bags, bedcovers, ladies dupatta etc.
